  • About a day or two prior to each session, I will send you a link to login at our session time. If you prefer phone calls, we can discuss this as an alternate option.

  • At this time, I do not bill health insurance at this time for coaching services.

  • It is recommended you talk with your tax professional. There are some instances in which some clients can use an HSA or FSA with a letter of medical necessity from their healthcare provider, but talking with your tax professional would be the best way to help determine this.

  • Yes. This is not required of the health coaching profession, however given my background in medicine, I find this to be part of good quality care and trusting relationships.

  • I help women who are having hysterectomies and other gyn surgeries find support and answers so they can develop confidence and a solid plan before surgery and a plan for optimizing health pre and post op.

    I create a safe, non-judgmental space. I will meet you where you’re at and listen to where you want to go, then we will work together to get you there.

    With experience as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine and Urgent Care, I realize a lot of what is missing for patients with new diagnoses/health changes is time and knowledgable support. I am passionate about bridging that gap.
