At this time, I do not bill health insurance at this time for coaching services.

It is recommended you talk with your tax professional. There are some instances in which some clients can use an HSA or FSA with a letter of medical necessity from their healthcare provider, but talking with your tax professional would be the best way to help determine this.

Yes. This is not required of the health coaching profession, however given my background in medicine, I find this to be part of good quality care and trusting relationships.

I help women who are having hysterectomies and other gyn surgeries find support and answers so they can develop confidence and a solid plan before surgery and a plan for optimizing health pre and post op.
I create a safe, non-judgmental space. I will meet you where you’re at and listen to where you want to go, then we will work together to get you there.
With experience as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine and Urgent Care, I realize a lot of what is missing for patients with new diagnoses/health changes is time and knowledgable support. I am passionate about bridging that gap.
